At Stanbrook & Nicholson we offer a friendly, honest service. There have been occasions when home owners believe they need to replace all their windows, and after a short survey, Simon has told them repainting the windows is all that is needed. Our whole approach is for our customers to feel relaxed and at ease not intimidated by pushy sales people.

What happens next?

We will provide you with a written quotation including a full specification of details. This is a fixed price quotation and not an estimate.

Do you make your own products?

All our products are made at our factory in West Horsley.  We welcome visits by our customers as we are very proud of what we do.  If you would like to arrange a factory tour, please phone our office and ask for Jacqui.

I want to go ahead with the order, is there any thing else I need to do?

We will send you an order confirmation form with all the details of your order. Once you have checked all the information is correct, sign the form and send it back to us. As soon as we recieve the signed confirmation we will begin the process of making your timber windows.

Do you install your products?

We install our own products throughout the South East. Fitting dates can be arranged at the point of order.
